THE PROJECT
With the focus on communication processes and working in a group we want to build
one Tiny House that is as mobile, self-sufficient and barrier-free as possible.
The constant and conceptual cooperation between trainees and students is in the focus. We can show each other a lot, everyone should be allowed to live out their lives, prejudices could be eliminated and at the same time a real form of living is created together, which is still exposed to many grey areas in the legal situation.
The team-work-tiny-house project therefore brings a large potential for cooperation, the processing of scientific research topics and the testing of creative handicraft work with itself!

UPDATE
The prototype is currently no longer in an active planning phase and should be realised in 2020. It is intended as a hybrid solution for a place of community, where all interested parties can meet and exchange ideas. In order that more detailed research can be done on the Tiny House, we want to design the Tiny House as a residential café. Thus, it should include an interior design for daily life, but also a gastronomically interesting equipment.
Further insights can be found here, here and here.

The Tiny House Movement (literally translated: "little house movement") is currently absolutely present in Europe. This includes not only the Tiny Houses, often built in a wooden construction, but also other forms of small housing such as container houses, houseboats or tree houses. These up to 40 m² houses have a very high raison d'être!
Living space, whether rented, leased or bought is becoming more and more expensive and rare. This makes it more and more difficult to feel independent. Many jobs are meanwhile no longer bound to a certain job, job-related journeys become more common in times of globalization. An ambivalence develops between "having a home" and "wanting to see something of the world".
Who owns the city? Would mobile real estate be a solution? If you just take your belongings with you, do you feel at home everywhere? How do we see our surroundings when they are constantly changing? How do our fellow human beings feel and how do we feel about it? Is there still cohesion and community if we constantly escape it by changing our location? These and many more questions can perhaps be answered with the product of this project.

Cooperation partners
What would we be without our cooperation partners*?
Because almost all of us are still in our apprenticeships, it is very important for us to learn not only from each other, but also from other projects and experts who know how to build Tiny Houses.
The following organizations, projects and people have already given us valuable advices:
